Ticket Giveaway for Portugal's Biggest Festival (NOS Alive) - Invicta Portugal

This promotional action is organized by INVICTA RETAIL PORTUGAL, LDA, 515272078, owner of the Invicta brand in Portugal, with registered office at Avenida Euro 2004, n.º 1298, Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet and NIF 515272078, hereinafter "the Organizer".

The promotion will be valid from 00:00 on June 27, 2026 until 23:59 on July 7, 2026.

The promotion is valid only for legal residents of Portugal.

Individuals over 18 years of age who meet any of the following mechanics may participate:

A. In-store participation

• Make a purchase of any Invicta watch at a participating store.
• Follow the official Instagram account @Invicta.Portugal.
• Comment on the official giveaway post.

B. Social media participation

• Follow the official Instagram account @Invicta.Portugal.
• Like the official giveaway post.
• Comment on the post mentioning the person you would like to attend the festival with.

Once the participation period has ended, all valid entries will be collected.

The winner will be randomly selected using a specialized giveaway platform. Before confirming the prize, the Organizer will verify that the participant meets all the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions.

In case of non-compliance, inability to make contact, or renunciation of the prize, a new winner will be selected using the same procedure.

The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and may be announced in the brand's official stories or posts.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the first contact, the Organizer may select a new winner.

The prize consists of two (2) tickets to attend the NOS Alive festival on July 9, 2026.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to third parties, or substituted for another product or service.

Tickets must be collected at the Invicta Freeport point of sale - Avenida Euro 2004, Freeport Fashion Outlet, Store K1, 2890-154 Alcochete as indicated by the Organizer.

All expenses related to travel, transportation, accommodation, food, or any other expense arising from attending the event will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by the Organizer solely for the management of this promotion, the verification of participation requirements, the selection of the winner, and the delivery of the prize.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability by written communication to info@invictawatch.eu, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
