Shipping and Delivery

INVICTA RETAIL SPAIN, S.L. (hereinafter, “INVICTA”) ships throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

This Policy regulates the delivery times, methods, costs, and conditions for orders placed through the Website www.invictawatch.eu

1. Delivery Scope

Spain

  • Balearic Islands
  • Canary Islands
  • Tenerife
  • Palmas
  • Ceuta, Andorra, and Melilla

Portugal.

No deliveries are made to PO boxes.

2. Delivery Times

2.1. Standard Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within an estimated 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

2.2. Maximum Delivery Time

In accordance with current regulations, the maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from the formalization of the order.

INVICTA contractually establishes a maximum period of 7 calendar days, unless there is a logistical incident or force majeure.

2.3. Order Preparation

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders of €149 or more.

3.2. Express Shipping or Special Services

If express or premium methods are enabled, they will be displayed at checkout with their corresponding cost.

4. Carriers

INVICTA works with renowned courier companies, such as:

  • SEUR
  • Correos Express
  • UPS (depending on area or availability)

The assigned carrier may vary depending on the Customer's location or warehouse operations.

The Customer will receive a message with the tracking number to check the status of the shipment.

5. Delivery Methods

Depending on carrier availability in the Customer's area:

5.1. Home Delivery

The courier will deliver to the address indicated by the Customer in the order.

5.2. Delivery to a Collection Point (Access Point)

When the carrier allows it, the Customer can select a nearby collection point.

6. Delivery Attempts

The carrier will make two delivery attempts.
If both are unsuccessful, the order may be deposited at a nearby collection point, or returned to our warehouse.

In case of return due to impossibility of delivery not attributable to INVICTA or the carrier (repeated absence, incorrect address, impossibility of contact), the amount of the order will be refunded, deducting shipping costs if any.

7. Order Receipt

Upon receiving the order, the Customer must verify that the package shows no visible damage, that the security seal has not been tampered with, and that the content matches the product purchased.

If the packaging is damaged or open, it is recommended to reject the delivery, or sign as "pending review" and contact INVICTA within a maximum of 24 hours.

8. Shipping Incidents

8.1. Damage during transport

If the product arrives damaged, the Customer must notify INVICTA within a maximum of 48 hours via info@invictawatch.eu and must attach photographs of the packaging and the product.

INVICTA will arrange the collection and replacement of the item or the corresponding refund at no cost.

8.2. Order Not Received

If the order is not received within the indicated period or appears as delivered without having been received, the Customer must notify INVICTA to initiate management with the carrier.

INVICTA will open an investigation and keep the Customer informed of the process.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct and complete.

If the order cannot be delivered due to an address error, INVICTA may:

  • arrange a new shipment (if the product is returned to the warehouse),
  • or issue a refund deducting the corresponding logistical costs.

10. Shipments during Special Campaigns

During campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sales, delivery times may be slightly extended due to the volume of orders. INVICTA will work to minimize any delays.
