Exchange and Return Policy

At INVICTA RETAIL SPAIN, S.L. (hereinafter, "INVICTA") we work to offer the best shopping experience.
In accordance with the applicable consumer regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request an exchange or return, including the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

1. Right of withdrawal

The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days following the delivery of the product, without needing to state a reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify INVICTA through any of the official contact channels or via the form available on the Website.

Items excluded from withdrawal

In accordance with art. 103 of RDL 1/2007, the following are excluded:

  • Customized products or those manufactured according to Customer specifications.
  • Unsealed items which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be put back on sale.

2. Product exchanges

INVICTA allows an exchange for another model within the same 14 calendar days, always subject to stock availability.

The product must be:

  • in perfect condition,
  • with no signs of use,
  • with its original packaging,
  • and including documentation, labels, accessories and guarantees.

Should the requested product have a higher value, the Customer must pay the corresponding difference.

If the Customer does not wish an exchange, they may opt for a return in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

3. How to make a return?

3.1. Request

Unregistered customers

  1. Go to the "Exchanges and Returns" section of the Website.
  2. Enter your email address and full order number.
  3. Select whether you wish to make an exchange or a return and state the corresponding reason.

INVICTA will review the request and contact the Customer within approximately 24 to 48 hours.

3.2. Return methods

Depending on the carrier's availability in the Customer's area, the following methods may be enabled:

  • Home collection: a courier will collect the package at the indicated address.
  • Drop-off at a collection point: the Customer may drop off the package at an available carrier Access Point.

3.3. Required documentation

Once the request is approved, the Customer will receive the return label. The label must be affixed to the outside of the package, and the product, along with any other documentation, must be placed inside the package.

4. Product conditions

For INVICTA to accept a return or exchange, the product must:

  • be in perfect, unused condition,
  • retain its original packaging,
  • include manuals, guarantees, labels, and accessories,
  • show no signs of tampering or damage resulting from use other than what is necessary to verify its nature and function.

The Customer will be responsible for any depreciation of the product if it has been handled more than strictly necessary.

INVICTA may request photographs to verify the condition before authorizing collection.

5. Return costs and refund

INVICTA will cover return shipping costs for orders shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, provided the return is processed through the returns portal or official channels.

Once the product has been received and verified:

  • the amount corresponding to the product will be refunded, and
  • where applicable, the standard shipping costs of the original order (express or premium methods will not be refunded).

If the order included multiple items, shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

In case of non-compliance with the return conditions, INVICTA may return the product to the Customer without a refund.

6. Refund method and timeframe

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase:

Credit/debit card

The refund will be credited to the same card used by the Customer.

Klarna (installments or deferred payment)

Once the return has been processed:

  • Klarna will automatically update the invoice status.
  • If the Customer has already made partial payments, Klarna will make the corresponding adjustment.
  • If payment has not yet been made, the outstanding balance will be updated.
  • The Customer will receive a notification from Klarna with detailed information.

Timeframe

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from:

  • the receipt of the returned product at our facilities, or
  • the presentation by the Customer of reliable proof of shipment,
    whichever occurs first.

INVICTA may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or the aforementioned proof.

7. Defective or incorrect product

Should the Customer receive a product that is:

  • defective,
  • damaged during transport, or
  • not matching the order,

they may contact INVICTA via email at info@invictawatch.eu, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.

INVICTA will manage, at no cost:

  • the collection of the item,
  • the replacement with a new product, or
  • the corresponding refund,

as appropriate, in accordance with the legal warranty.
