Refund policies
This Refund Policy governs the conditions applicable to the return of amounts derived from purchases made on the invictawatch.eu website, owned by INVICTA RETAIL SPAIN, S.L.
This policy applies only to online purchases and should be read in conjunction with the Exchange and Return Policy and the Right of Withdrawal.
1. Refund Request
A refund can only be processed when the return has been requested through our Exchanges and Returns portal.
The customer must:
- Enter their email and order number.
- Select the reason for return or withdrawal.
- Choose the package collection or delivery method.
- Wait for approval of the request and process instructions.
Refunds initiated outside the Returns Portal will not be processed, except in cases of duly justified technical incidents, or those reported through our contact channels.
2. Conditions for a Refund to Proceed
The refund will only be made when the product:
- Is in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- Retains original packaging, labels, warranties, and instructions.
- Has been returned within the legal period of 14 calendar days.
- Has been correctly shipped and received at our warehouse or designated point.
If the product does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.
3. Associated Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective, there is a shipping error, or the return is due to an incident covered by warranty.
The initial shipping costs of the order will only be refunded if all items are returned, and always for the cost equivalent to standard shipping.
4. Refund Validation and Processing
Once the product is received:
- Our team will perform a quality inspection.
- The customer will be notified of the approval or denial of the refund.
- Once approved, the refund process will begin.
Maximum legal period:
Up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product or from the customer proving the return (whichever comes first).
We may withhold the refund until we physically receive the product or valid proof of return.
5. Refund Method
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
Credit or debit card
The amount will be refunded to the same card.
The time for it to reflect will depend on the issuing bank (it may take several business days).
Klarna (Pay in 3 installments / Pay in 30 days)
Once the return is approved:
- Klarna will update the invoice status.
- If installments have already been paid, Klarna will make the adjustment or proportional refund.
- If the invoice has not yet been paid, Klarna will adjust the pending balance.
- The customer will receive a confirmation email directly from Klarna.
Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or others
The amount will be refunded to the same account used.
Refunds are not made in:
- Cash
- Gift vouchers (except for specific campaigns that indicate otherwise)
- Payment methods different from the one initially used
6. Products Excluded from Refund
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products improperly handled or with signs of use.
- Products purchased in special campaigns where expressly indicated.
7. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not correspond to the item purchased, the customer must initiate the request from the Returns Portal, attaching photographs or videos.
In these cases:
- The cost of collection will be borne by Invicta Spain.
- You may request an exchange for the item, or request a full refund of the amount paid.
This is managed independently of the right of withdrawal and without prejudice to the current legal warranty of 3 years.
8. Partial Refunds
If the order includes several items and only one is returned, only:
- the amount of the item,
- excluding initial shipping costs,
- unless all items are returned.
