1. Are the Invicta watches sold on this website original?
Yes. All products sold on www.invictawatch.eu are 100% original, new, and come with an official Invicta warranty. Products are shipped in their original packaging, with documentation and the corresponding serial number.
2. What is the warranty for Invicta watches?
In accordance with European regulations and manufacturer policies, watches include:
- 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.
- 1-year manufacturer's warranty for the battery.
The following elements are excluded, among others: straps, crystal, coatings, wear and tear from use, impacts, humidity from improper use, or unauthorized handling.
3. How can I place an order?
To place an order, you must follow these steps:
- Select the desired watch model.
- Add it to the shopping cart.
- Fill in the shipping details.
- Select the payment method.
- Confirm the order.
You will receive an email with the order confirmation and a summary of your purchase.
4. What payment methods are available?
INVICTA accepts secure payments via:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).
- Klarna (payment in 3 installments or payment in 30 days, subject to approval).
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay (depending on device availability).
5. Do you ship throughout Spain?
Yes. We ship to:

- Canary Islands

- Las Palmas
- Ceuta, Andorra, and Melilla
6. What is the delivery time?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Peninsula: between 1 and 5 business days.
- Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 business days.
- Portugal: between 2 and 5 business days.
During special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, sales, etc.), delivery times may be slightly extended due to higher shipping volumes.
7. Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for orders of €149 or more.
If express shipping or special delivery options are enabled, their cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation.
8. Can I return my order?
Yes. The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal.
The product must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition.
- Retain its original packaging in good condition.
- Include documentation, labels, warranties, and accessories.
INVICTA will cover the return costs for orders delivered in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, provided that the process is managed through the official channels indicated on the website.
9. What should I do if I want to exchange or return a product?
The Customer can request an exchange or return via:
- The dedicated Exchanges and Returns section on the Website.
- Email to info@invictawatch.eu, indicating the order number and reason.
Our team will provide instructions, a return label, and, if applicable, exchange or refund options in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Exchange and Return Policy.
10. What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
In case of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect, damaged during transport, or not matching the order placed, the Customer must contact: info@invictawatch.eu as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.
INVICTA will manage the collection of the product at no cost and, as appropriate, its repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with the current legal warranty.
11. How can I check the status of my order?
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email with a tracking link, from which they can check the status and location of the shipment at any time.
12. Do you offer repair service?
Yes. INVICTA has an official technical service for managing repairs both within and outside the warranty.
To request the service, the Customer can write to info@invictawatch.eu or communicate through the contact form, and our team will indicate the procedure to follow.
13. Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. The Customer can request an electronic invoice during the purchase process or, if preferred, later, by writing to info@invictawatch.eu, indicating the order number and necessary billing details.
14. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, orders placed through www.invictawatch.eu are shipped only within Spanish territory (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
